Welcome to Sera Nee.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of test.seranee.lk and any purchase made through the website.

Sera Nee is operated by Festal Enterprices, a sole proprietorship registered in Sri Lanka.

By accessing our website, placing an order or purchasing a product from Sera Nee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Please read these terms carefully before completing a purchase.

1. Use of the Website

You may use test.seranee.lk only for lawful purposes.

By using this website, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful or unauthorized activities;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its systems or customer information;

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the website;

  • Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information;

  • Attempt to place fraudulent orders or make unauthorized payments; or

  • Copy, reproduce or commercially exploit website content without authorization.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when placing an order is accurate and complete.

If you are under 18 years of age, you should make purchases only with the involvement or consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Products

Sera Nee specializes in women’s clothing and related fashion products.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, sizing information, colours and other product information.

However, customers acknowledge that:

  • Product colours may appear slightly different depending on photography, lighting conditions, device displays and screen settings;

  • Minor variations may occur between products;

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing information before selecting a size; and

  • Product availability may change without notice.

If you require clarification about a product before purchasing it, please contact us before placing the order.

3. Product Availability

Products are offered subject to availability.

Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve the product.

Although we make reasonable efforts to keep inventory information accurate, a product may occasionally become unavailable after an order is submitted.

If an ordered item cannot be supplied after payment has been received, Sera Nee will contact you regarding the available options. If we are unable to provide the purchased product or another solution accepted by you, the amount paid for the unavailable item will be returned using the applicable payment method or another appropriate method agreed with you.

4. Prices

Product prices displayed on test.seranee.lk are stated in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. However, changes will not normally affect an order that has already been successfully submitted and paid, except where there is an obvious pricing, technical or system error.

Applicable delivery charges will be displayed or communicated as part of the ordering process.

Promotions, discount codes and special offers may have separate conditions and may be withdrawn or changed without prior notice unless otherwise stated.

5. Orders

When you submit an order through test.seranee.lk, you are requesting to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms & Conditions.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully confirmed and Sera Nee accepts the order for processing.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • A product is unavailable;

  • Incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed;

  • Payment has not been successfully completed;

  • Fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected;

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information prevents fulfilment; or

  • We are unable to fulfil the order for another legitimate reason.

Where Sera Nee cancels a successfully paid order because we cannot fulfil it, the applicable amount paid will be returned to the customer.

6. Payments

Customers must provide accurate and valid information when making a payment.

Online payments may be processed through PayHere or another payment method made available on test.seranee.lk.

When using PayHere or another third-party payment service, your transaction may also be subject to the payment provider’s applicable terms, security processes and privacy policy.

Payment card credentials and other sensitive payment information are processed through the applicable payment service provider. Sera Nee does not intentionally store complete credit or debit card credentials on its website.

An order should not be considered successfully paid until the payment has been confirmed by the applicable payment service.

7. Sri Lanka Delivery

Sera Nee provides standard delivery throughout Sri Lanka.

The estimated delivery period is 2–5 business days from order processing.

Business days generally exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery periods are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary because of:

  • Customer location;

  • Courier schedules;

  • Public holidays;

  • Weather conditions;

  • Unexpected operational delays;

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery details; or

  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to have your order delivered within the estimated timeframe.

8. Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a telephone number at which they can be contacted.

Sera Nee will not be responsible for delays or unsuccessful delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery information provided by the customer.

Where an order has to be resent because incorrect information was provided by the customer or because delivery could not be completed for reasons attributable to the customer, additional delivery charges may apply.

9. International Orders

Our standard online delivery service is intended for addresses within Sri Lanka.

Customers interested in purchasing Sera Nee products for delivery outside Sri Lanka should contact us before placing an international order.

International order inquiries should be directed to:

Product availability, destination eligibility, delivery charges, estimated delivery period, payment arrangements and any other applicable conditions will be communicated directly to the customer before the international order is confirmed.

International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other destination-country charges imposed by relevant authorities or service providers.

10. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Please select your products carefully before placing an order.

Sera Nee does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for correctly supplied products because of:

  • Change of mind;

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer;

  • Colour or design preference;

  • Fit or style preference; or

  • Any similar reason where the product supplied matches the confirmed order.

If an item is received damaged, defective or different from the item confirmed in your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, we will coordinate with you to correct the order and arrange an appropriate replacement.

11. Inspection of Orders

Customers are encouraged to inspect their order after delivery.

If you believe you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact Sera Nee as soon as possible and provide:

  • Your order number;

  • Details of the issue; and

  • Clear photographs or other relevant supporting information.

An item being reported as damaged, defective or incorrect should not be worn, washed, altered or intentionally damaged after the issue has been discovered.

Original tags and packaging should be retained where reasonably possible while the matter is being reviewed.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content available on test.seranee.lk, including the Sera Nee name, branding, logos, product photographs, graphics, designs, written content, layout and other materials, is owned by or lawfully used by Festal Enterprices.

You may view and use website content for your personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, commercially exploit or otherwise use our website content without prior written authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.

13. Website Availability

We aim to keep test.seranee.lk available and operating correctly.

However, we do not guarantee that access to the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, security requirements, updates or circumstances outside our control.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the website where reasonably necessary.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Seranee.lk may use or link to third-party services, including payment gateways, courier providers, communication platforms and social-media services.

The operation of independent third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Sera Nee is not responsible for the independent content, policies or availability of third-party websites or services, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using test.seranee.lk, you acknowledge that information required to process an order may be shared with relevant service providers, including payment processors and delivery providers, as described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Limitation of Liability

Sera Nee and Festal Enterprices will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, process orders correctly and supply products in accordance with confirmed orders.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of the website or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any responsibility, obligation or customer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of Sri Lanka.

17. Circumstances Outside Our Control

Sera Nee will not be responsible for a delay or failure to perform an obligation where that delay or failure results from circumstances reasonably outside our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, transport disruptions, courier interruptions, telecommunications failures, government restrictions, civil disturbances or other similar events.

Where such an event affects an existing order, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the affected customer and complete the order when reasonably possible.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, products, services, payment arrangements or applicable legal requirements.

The current version will be published on test.seranee.lk with the updated date shown at the top of the page.

The Terms & Conditions applicable to an order will generally be the version available when the order is placed.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and purchases made through test.seranee.lk are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

Any dispute relating to these terms, the website or a purchase will be subject to the applicable laws and jurisdiction of Sri Lanka.

Where a customer has a concern, we encourage the customer to contact Sera Nee first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.
